Baptiste and Cécile fell in love with this authentic, gourmet Provence, with its village festivals and traditions, and decided to restore the building as a holiday destination to share their love of the region, as well as offering a tea room and ice-cream parlour where you can enjoy Cécile's delicious macaroons. The name ‘Louzoane’ is a combination of their children's first names, and represents the culmination of a family project in which you are the guest.

Property information

Le Louzoane was completely renovated in 2025 to offer an authentic getaway in this magnificent, typically Provencal village, nestled in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park. This 108 m² house, full of charm and authenticity, is located in the heart of the lively village, close to shops, restaurants, the church square and its tea/ice-cream parlour. There are shady petanque courts under the plane trees, children's play areas, a Provencal market and a pretty fountain. Thanks to its orientation and 2 private terraces, it offers a peaceful setting while being ideally located less than 50 metres from all the village amenities. Fully air-conditioned, it has an entrance on the ground floor leading via a staircase to a 1st terrace with a seating area, sun loungers and a 3 m x 3.50 m secure pool, 1.50 m deep, equipped with a counter-current swim, alarm and outdoor shower. The perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. Upstairs is a 55 m² living room with a lounge and large-screen TV, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with utility room. This space opens onto a 2nd terrace with a sitting area and a dining area, equipped with a parasol and a plancha. Enjoy your breakfasts and meals in the open air, soaking up the warmth of Provence. A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower and a separate WC: -The 1st bedroom has a TV and a 160 cm bed. -The 2nd bedroom has two 90 cm beds, one of which is a mezzanine bed, ideal for children. -The 3rd master bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom.
