Boasting a private courtyard with a pool, this air-conditioned house provides the epitome of comfort and convenience. All shops, restaurants, and the Manville golf course, a mere 3 km away, are within easy walking distance. The residence is divided across three floors. The ground floor features a sitting room, dining space and a well-equipped kitchen. A versatile bedroom accessible for disabled guests, with a private bathroom is also on the ground floor. Ascending to the first floor, guests will find a music area on the landing, along with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The second-floor houses two more bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room. Outside, the enclosed courtyard presents a pergola and a covered terrace. The private, secure pool (9m x 4m) with deck chairs and a special cover maintaining water temperature beckons for relaxation. The house is in the village’s centre; at the end of the street, you will find the main square with terraces, restaurants, and shops. Maussane is a charming Provencal village at the foot of the Alpilles in Provence.
