Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Montrichard, this charming studio of a surface of 24 m ², in 800 meters of a beach arranged at the edge of Cher, and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a balcony overlooking a wooded park. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

- Bed linen and towels included.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
