Property information

Welcome to our charming house, ideally located in Saint Saturnin, just 20 minutes from the famous 24-hour Le Mans racetrack. We offer access to two comfortable bedrooms, both with double beds. One of these rooms even has its own bathroom, for your comfort, while the other is shared with the other guests. You'll enjoy a spacious living room with TV, as well as a dining area where you can relax and share convivial moments. Our fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for preparing delicious meals. Outside, a barbecue and dining area awaits you, as well as a swimming pool for outdoor relaxation. A generous breakfast is provided free of charge by your hosts. Secure on-site parking is available.

We're located in a quiet neighborhood, where you'll find all the amenities you need: supermarket, butcher's shop, restaurant, pharmacy... We're just 20 minutes from the Bugatti Circuit in Le Mans.
