This beautiful, very bright apartment with high ceilings has a large, bright 35 m² living room, solid oak flooring and high-quality fittings. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A lovely living room, - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Two beautiful bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160×200), - A beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sinks, - A separate toilet IMPORTANT: - The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift. - The patio visible in the photos of the kitchen and bedroom is not accessible from the accommodation (access blocked). Exterior: - A small balcony to enjoy sunny days without outdoor furniture. Other remarks: - The accommodation is not accessible by car - Sheets and towels included - Free WiFi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - No smoking Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a laundromat approximately 400 metres from the accommodation. Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Richemont car park (paying) located 300m from the flat. For up to 2 hours: We recommend that you park in the Place de la République car park (pay car park - 1.20e per hour). You can also park in the Saint-Joseph car park (free) 400 m away or in the Parking des Capucins along the port. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Vannes SNCF station, 5 minutes away by car. - Taxis or car hire: Rent a car - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1h15 by car. - Bus line 300m away, very well served.
