Recently owners of this peace of heaven, we will be happy to welcome you for your stay in the French country-side. The Pavilion has an exceptional charm and is ideal for a complete disconnection. On the private road that leads to the property, you will find a stable : you can broad your horse with you or simply enjoy a ride with one of ours. We also offer equine balneotherapy sessions thanks to our private access to Charente. Also, we provide equicoaching and equitherapy if you are keen to ! Living in the neighboring property at the Pavilion, we will be able to make ourselves available very quickly if necessary.

Hidden in a green setting, the Pavilion is an old 17th century lordship overlooking the Charente river. Surrounded by more a magnificient garden, you will benefit from direct access to a private bank of the river, a large swimming pool, a nordic bath and a lot of amenities to enjoy your friends or your family. Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this place steeped in history. Its large openings provide this home with very bright spaces with breathtaking views over the entire valley. With its 4 Big bedrooms and 14 beds, come and spend some time with your family or your friends in a peaceful setting and enjoy the large indoor and outdoor spaces that our manor offers. 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom will complete the house by Summer 2025 !

Located on the highest point of Alloue, the Pavilion benefits from an exceptional view of the entire valley. Surrounded by our 13 hectares of meadows, your only neighbors will be our horses. Enjoy privileged access to the banks of the Charente and the various marked hiking trails so you can stroll in complete peace of mind. At the end of the street, you will find the municipal stadium with a football field, a tennis court, a bowling alley and a large playground for children. In the village, you will find a bar - tobacconist as well as a grocery store.
