Property of 18th century, built on the foothills of the ancient castle of Rochecorbon, adjoining the old Lantern watch, only vestige of the castle. At the heart of a charming village, while overlooking it, the site is surrounded by vineyards (AOC Vouvray) and situated along the Loire in a frame of an exceptional panorama, classified as world heritage by UNESCO and friom 15 to 30kms of the key Chateaux de la loire.. The cottage of 120 m2 (classified 3 stars by the Tourism office of Tours Val de Loire) is situated in the property. It has been completely renovated in 2014 and is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, wifi, TV, garden furniture, deckchairs, table tennis, barbecue, etc..).
