When we bought Guernegroach the Studio was the only habitable part of the property. It is now a comfortable stylish large living space with a bathroom on the ground floor ideal for 2 people. Two large french windows look onto the courtyard of the property with outdoor seating just in front - there's also a section of garden allotted to the studio for garden pursuits - sunbathing, games or dining.

I rent out my gîtes to allow me to live on this magnificent property and I have lavished as much love on the gîtes as I have on my own home - what can I say? I just love properties.
