Located in Perigord, at 25 mins from Bergerac and 15 mins from Pruniers village, one 15m2 independent room located on the basement with TV flat screen, WIFI connexion, an independent bathroom (5m2) with sink, shower and toilet. There is a corner breakfast with coffee machine, kettle, microwave and crockery. A swimming pool is available depending of the season, a Kitchen is to be shared. Surrounded by restaurant (pizza, tearoom, take away, tradtionnal restaurant....) Located at 2km from town centre in a quiet area. Market every thursday. All year round, activities are organised such as medevial theme, wins theme, and evening market from Mid June to end of September). Walking or cycling around the lac de l’Escouroux (120 hectares)
