It is composed as follows: - Living room with dining table, internet, double foldaway bed (140x200cm), sofa, air conditioning - Loggia accessible from the living room offering a clear view of a wooded park not overlooked - Fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils), balcony access - Bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), cupboard, air conditioning, balcony access - Balcony on the street side, accessible from the bedroom and the kitchen - Shower room (Italian shower, sink) - Independent toilets This one bedroom apartment has an assigned parking space in the basement of the residence (space for city cars, large vehicles will not be able to enter). ## Guest access Tenants have access to the entire accommodation. Only one piece of furniture in the loggia will be closed for the owner's private items. ## Guest interaction Tenants will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay to ensure the smooth running of their vacation with us.
