Le Woody est un charmant studio aux allures de chalet situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble rénové, tout proche de la rue Fondaudège et de ses commerces. Cet appartement très fonctionnel et confortable dispose également d'une terrasse et d'un parking partagé. La ligne C du tram se trouve à 1 mn à pied de l'appartement, et vous conduira au coeur du centre-ville de Bordeaux en quelques minutes.

Neighbourhood information

Le quartier Fondaudège/Tourny est plein de vie, de commerces et de restaurants. Les ruines du Palais Gallien sont toutes proches, les vestiges de cet ancien amphithéâtre se dressent encore fièrement parmi les maisons et immeubles voisins. Le marché de Lerme, autrefois petit marché couvert, édifice assemblant verre, fonte et zinc est aujourd’hui une salle polyvalente accueillant des expositions temporaires et manifestations culturelles de proximité. Le Jardin public est un parc très agréable avec de nombreux jeux pour les enfants, un ancien carrousel, un restaurant, un lac, et de grandes étendues de verdure pour pique-niquer ou se reposer. Il y a également un musée d'histoire naturelle et un jardin botanique. La Place Tourny et le centre ville ne sont qu'à 10 minutes à pied
