Ideal for a couple, Le Balcon de Balma welcomes you to a stylish, fully-equipped, recently renovated apartment. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small, secure residence, you'll enjoy a functional, unoverlooked apartment in a quiet location close to all amenities, with two private parking spaces.
Balma is the little Neuilly of Toulouse, the aeronautical city of Claude Nougaro. Come and enjoy a quiet, pleasant stay in a fully renovated, fully-equipped 35 m2 apartment, just 6.4 km from Place du Capitole. Located between town and country, close to the Grand Bois, this bright apartment is within easy reach of local shops, the Cité de l'Espace and the Rocade. If you need to visit the Ville Rose or come and stay in the area on business, this is the apartment for you.
Quiet neighborhood near the Grand Bois, sports trail, hiking trail. Local shops within walking distance: Tabac Presse, nursing practice, takeaway pizzas, hairdresser, pharmacy, GP and Balma Lasbordes bus stations 72 and 84. Carrefour City, banks, bakeries, restaurants, hairdressers and caterers in the heart of Balma are just a few minutes away by car. The municipal swimming pool is a 20-minute walk away. Balma has two open-air markets on avenue des Mimosas, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Your vehicle has its own parking space in the Residence. Parking in Balma is free.
