Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Pléneuf-Val-André, this charming apartment with sea view, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 32 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Stairs in the apartment are a bit steep - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
