Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, located on the GR34 coastal path, a few meters from the beaches, this contemporary house welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a beautiful, bright living room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms, all with access to a terrace and a sea view that allows you to admire the Bay of Pouldu and the Island of Groix. You can enjoy this view from the garden too! For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, wifi, baby equipment available, everything is there for a most pleasant stay! The house: With a surface area of 123 m², Les Chardonnerets is spread over 2 levels and is composed as follows: First floor: - A bright, L-shaped living room of approx. 50 m², featuring a TV lounge and dining area with a country-style dining table. Tiled floors, wooden or rattan furniture and a pellet stove add charm and conviviality to this room. - A separate, modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, food processor, multi-function food processors, toaster, kettle, coffee makers (plunger, electric, capsule), etc. Another dining table. - Separate WC with washbasin. First floor: - A lovely mezzanine sleeping area with sofa, bookcase, TV and cot. - 3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), each with access to a terrace offering superb sea views. Facing east, it's the ideal place to enjoy breakfast, thanks to its garden furniture. - Bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, storage space, towel dryer, hairdryer and toiletries (soap). - Separate WC. Exterior: The 500 m² enclosed garden has garden furniture, parasol, table and chairs and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal while contemplating the sea. Other remarks : - The property has a garage to store your bikes or water sports equipment. The courtyard offers you the possibility to park 3 vehicles of all types. - Cleaning at the end of your stay

Activities : Although the town center is inland, Clohars-Carnoët is famous for its two small ports. Le Pouldu, at the mouth of the Laïta River, is surrounded by magnificent sandy beaches. At the other end of the commune is the port of Doëlan, which can be easily explored on foot. For hiking enthusiasts, there's the famous GR 34, but the inland area also offers many possibilities. The Carnoët forest and the Saint-Maurice abbey will appeal to lovers of wooded nature, but the diversity of the landscapes around Clohars is not the only richness of the region. In summer, you can take advantage of a wide range of cultural activities, such as Les sorties de bain, which takes place every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A newcomer to the festival scene, Les Rias takes place in the Quimperlé region at the end of August. Street theater takes center stage, and all performances are free! With Lorient just 20 kilometers away, the Festival Interceltique finally resounds throughout the region to the sound of bombards and other bagpipes.
