Le Havres lodgings, ideally located for visiting the city, going to Honfleur or Etretat, are very quiet, set back from the street and have a small garden for dining or resting.
Hospitality and friendliness seem to me essential to receive. I always enjoy meeting my visitors, guiding them in their visits and chatting if they wish.
Le Havre is the only city whose modern architecture is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its city center (2005). Ideally located between Honfleur (30 mins thanks to the Pont de Normandie) and Etretat (45 mins). You will stay in the center of Le Havre, in the Sainte-Anne district, founded in the mid-19th century, the only district in Le Havre that was only slightly affected by Allied bombing, and still has a number of buildings before 1944 and beautifully crafted, ideally located for exploring the city with its center rebuilt by Auguste Perret, accessing the upper town by taking one of the many legendary staircases in Le Havre. Close to the train station (5 minutes), shops (immediate proximity), parks and gardens (Hauser park 3 minutes), numerous tourist and cultural activities (cinema 4 minutes away) and the beach (3 km).
