Renovated in 2022 the complex has a pretty stone house and three cottages. There is a huge private pool with 250 square meters of decking and lounge area. Each cottage has a private deck and garden, additionally there is a central lovely stoned terrace with plenty of dining under the shade of two beautiful trees.
Tracey and Morgan, originally from the UK, spent 12 years in Mallorca, developing property and working in the yachting industry before moving to the Dordorgne valley to renovate this small holiday complex.
Verdeney is a small peaceful hamlet in the commune of Coulaures. Minutes away from the lovely market town of Excideuil and also Sorges the truffle capital of France! Brantome, Périgueux, Hautefort and Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche are all within 30 mins and Sarlat-la-Canéda just over an hour. There is a lovely plan d´eau (lake/beach) in Nantheuil 15 min away
