Lovely traditional fully modernised villa. Fully enclosed (child safe) with gardens. Three bedrooms, tow bathrooms. lounge with sofa, satellite TV , large kitchen/dining room, pation with barbecue. The thick stone walls leave the house cool in summer and centrally heated warm in winter.
Saujon is a lovely, small market town 10kms from resort of Royan. Many excellent restaurants. Also within easy reach of picturesque towns of La Rochelle and Saintes with superb shops and restaurants.
