Very bright living room with large 210x540 sliding bay window opening onto the terrace. Sofa bed equipped with a quality “Bultex” 160x190 bedding. Large wall-mounted TV, air conditioning. Electric shutter ensuring excellent opacity. Round table with 4 Plexiglas chairs. Large 22m² terrace offering a table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs, sofa and coffee table. Full or partial coverage possible with an electric blind with side slides creating a real living room. Bedroom with 160x200 bed equipped with several wardrobe/shelves columns. Free-standing TV, small safe, air conditioning. Bed made on arrival. Bathroom with large shower and wall-hung toilet. Towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with washing machine, traditional ovens and microwave, fridge with freezer section, ceramic hob. Small, comprehensive equipment, "like at home".
