The dwelling can be divided into two independent houses and is composed as follows: First part of 75 m² : -44 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to terrace -Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. -Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200), TV -Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) -Bathroom with shower -Separate WC Second part of 55 m²: -A living room open onto the 31 m² kitchen with sofa, TV and dining area ... -A master suite: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and a bathroom with shower -Separate WC The two spaces can be separated by a sliding door.
