Very nice residence "on the lake" ! We propose 6 high standing apartments all with amazing lake view from 2 to 8 people : loft to lake floor ! A private secured parking is available - on the other side of the road accessible by underground - for each apartment together with private access to the lake by the grass beach. Another free public parking is on disposal few meters away near the cycle track. Walking distance to : - bakery (5mns) - Tabacco stor (5mns) - restaurants ( Wakpala in summer time and BEC all year long : 10mns) - supermarket (SPAR, 7mns) - bank, pharmacy, doctors, bookstore... in St Jorioz (3,5kms) We have 6 units to propose in this residence : In the main Building : - Direct access to the lake : 1 bedroom closest to the lake, can sleep 4 persons (mainfloor l'UNIQUE) - Direct access to the lake : 2 bedrooms, can sleep 6 pax. (Rez de lac) - Lake and Mountain view : 3 bedroooms, 3d floor - Elevator (Pieds dans l'eau) - Loft last floor : 1 bedroom - 5th floor - Elevator (LOFT) - Studio for 2 persons with sofa bed (3nd floor with elevator) (Studio) - One apartment with Both studio and Pieds dans l'eau units can be one and host 8 people. Around Duingt ... It is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake". Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike. The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, a supermarket 7/7 and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example). Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times. Summer activities : -Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house) -Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz) -Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!) -Paragliding -The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins) -Summer sledging from the station Semnoz -An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins) Winter activities : -Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins) -The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour) -Snowshoeing in Semnoz Have a nice stay !
