Les Suites du Cygne is the project of a familly. Our lives are busy, and we don't have much time for our . Nos pratiques artistiques en constituent une partie importante. C'est pour cela que nous avons joué avec ces termes de cet univers, déclinant l'activité et son nom (le Cygne), vers un univers artistique en lien avec cet animal. La suite Baudelaire est nommée ainsi en raison du Cygne de Baudelaire (Dans les Fleurs du Mal). La suite Schubert en raison du "Schwanengesang". La dernière, prévue ouverte en décembre 2018 évoque le tableau de Jan Asselin, le Cygne Menacé. Le terme "suites", nous a permis de jouer avec cette idée de suite donnée à cet immeuble familial, et du souhait de partager le futur avec des personnes que cela toucherait. Pour ce projet nous avons travaillé avec un décorateur, spécialiste de l'harmonie des lieux et des relations .... avec des entreprises et des artistes (une calligraphe, pour la signalétique) locaux.

Les Suites du Cygne have been created in 2018 in a familly owned building. A pharmacy and a medical laboratory analysis The building which held the laboratory has been transformed into vacation rentals, after the end of this activity. Built in the 1970's, the facade has been done by a local carpenter passioned with local techniques. He has done, at this period of time, a real "colombage" facade, as we would do here in the middle ages. The building nextdoor still has the pharmacy within. It is from the beginning of the XX th century (1906), when Colmar was german, and when the city experienced another economic boom.
