The apartment comprises - A 20 m² living room with dining area, sofa bed and TV. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A master suite with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - One bedroom with 2 single beds. - One bathroom. - Separate WC. Exterior: - A large 16 m² west-facing terrace with garden furniture. Communal area: - Shared outdoor swimming pool, 20x10 m, heated, open from June to September, with child safety (cover and fence), unsupervised. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change by the residence. - A large 20,000 m² park to enjoy on sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included.
