The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers to you to rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming flat with an exceptional sea view and on the mouth of Odet, swimming pool within the residence, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 19 m², a fitted kitchenette, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The flat is composed as follows: - A 19 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds and a dining area - A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A balcony of more than 7 m² facing south/south west equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and take your meals facing the sea Common area : - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September) Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - This flat is non-smoking, including on the balcony. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the flat for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). Swimming or cycling? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy an active holiday or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification. Quimper, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1,500 metres of walls, is 17 km away. The neighbouring towns, within a 25 km radius, evoke a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the leading French fishing port.
