Enjoy yourself in this stylish new prime location in Port Leucate! Ideal for couples! The flat is located on the second floor (lift available) of the brand new "Les Voiles Blanches development" just opposite the harbour. The flat was completed and delivered in summer 2022. It has an interior footprint of 53m2 plus a balcony of 10m2. Enjoy this one-bedroom flat with comfortable furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen and top-of-the-range amenities. There is a covered and secure parking space within the complex. Spacious balcony with lounge seating. Next to the harbour with a view of the courtyard and a side view of the harbour. The beach and pier are less than a 5-minute walk away and there are several water sports schools nearby. One bedroom with a 160cm double bed, luxury mattress, large wardrobe and work desk. Separate bathroom and toilet. Extra-quiet washing machine in the WC cupboard. Very well equipped kitchen with brand new appliances including induction hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge. Plenty of crockery, glassware, pots, pans and other kitchen accessories. Wide-screen TV, high speed internet and large L-shaped sofa in the living room. On the balcony, comfortable furniture for relaxing, overlooking the courtyard.
You will be met and helped by our local very friendly concierge who will inform you about the appartment and surrondings. I am also available if needed.
