The fine print
The swimming pool is open from April to October, weather permitting. The pool is heated from April to June and from September to October.
Please contact the reception in advance if you plan to arrive outside of the following opening hours: Monday - Thursday-Friday: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Sunday: 9am-12pm. Saturday: 4 p.m.-8 p.m. Closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.
For stays of 6 nights or fewer, bed linen and towels are included in the price (change payable). For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: 9€ per person for bed linen, and 9€ per kit for towels. Please contact the property before arrival for rental.
Please note that end-of-stay-cleaning is not included in the price.
Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department. Please contact the residence directly or the reservations department for prices.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
