A small independent house including: - A little living room. - A fitted and equipped kitchen (stove with oven and electric hob, refrigerator with freezer section, sink and foldable worktop). - A small bathroom with WC (⚠️: The shower is under a slope but you can sit there if you are over 1m80) - A 15m2 bedroom with cupboards and wardrobe. - A terrace not overlooked. Local shops within 100m (bakery, grocery store, bar, tobacconist)
As lifelong residents and homeowners in Poitiers, we are happy to make our outbuilding available to offer you a high-quality stay at an attractive price. My husband and I live next door, along with our dog and cat. We are easily reachable and can provide you with useful information and tips about our region. A welcome booklet is available in the accommodation to guide you. You can contact us quickly via the Booking app or by message (SMS). For emergencies only, feel free to call us by phone.
