Loft of 70 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 located on the ground floor. You will find an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) the work surface is granite, mirror in facade. Parquet in oak and burgundy stone in the living room, sofa bed of 1m60, mezzanine bedroom, bed of 1m60, walk-in shower of 1m80, terrace with a garden furniture. Dijon capital of Burgundy with a rich historical and architectural heritage you will discover the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy located 700 meters from the apartment, right next to the Museum of Fine Arts. The market is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 900 metres from the apartment. the Church of Our Lady, it is located 600 meters from the apartment, it is on a buttress of the Church that you can admire the famous Owl.
