It only took 12 months of renovation for this beautiful old stone building to be reborn. Its management has been ensured by Loft Stories since 2019. We do not live on site, but we nevertheless remain at the disposal of our guests.

The Loft Stories residence is located on the heights of the authentic little village of Baix. You will stroll on the banks of the Rhône which crosses the village or in its small medieval streets and its vaulted passages, which will lead you to the discovery of the clock tower, dating from 1600, which gave way to the royal street, formerly the main road. , in which our residence is located.
The Loft Stories spirit is combined both inside and outside. When you open the big front door, you will discover a clever mix of bricks, raw wood, metal and leather... You are immersed in the atmosphere of a New York loft in the heart of the Ardèche!
Your accommodation is located either on the ground floor or on the 1st floor of one of the two stone buildings, with undeniable charm, where the old and the modern come together subtly. The architectural character of the house has been deliberately preserved, such as the doors and windows, which by their size transport us to the past, but retain all the freshness of the buildings of yesteryear.
Your loft will be a charming little pied-à-terre, not very big, but very functional, which will allow you to discover the many attractions of the region. The apartments are all independent, only the garden and the terrace are shared. The bedrooms are on the mezzanine and are accessed by a small, slightly steep staircase.
You will enjoy a pretty terraced garden shared with the other hosts, very quiet, which you will reach after climbing a few steps, but what a pleasure to discover the superb view of the Drôme mountains, from our panoramic terrace, located at the very top of the garden!
