The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days within a closed garden of about 160 m². For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
