Pièce de vie desservant une entrée avec placard (vêtements et chaussures), WC suspendu séparé, salon/ séjour, canapé, télévision, cuisine aménagée et entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, plaque induction, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire). Coin bureau, vue rade, très appréciable. Balcon avec mobilier de jardin, face à la rade. Suite parentale avec lit 160x200, salle d’eau avec double vasque et grande douche à l’italienne, lave-linge. Wi-Fi + imprimante à disposition. Animaux refusés. Bus et supermarchés à proximité (200m). Vous avez la possibilité de vous garer facilement devant l’appartement. ——————— IMPORTANT - À SAVOIR : Le linge de lit et les serviettes ne sont pas compris dans votre séjour.
