Bright, modern and fully equipped, the apartment has an area of 40m2 for 4 people maximum.
You will be located in the city center of Caen, near the Abbaye aux Dames.
To ensure maximum comfort during your stay, the following equipment will be at your disposal:
• Living room: sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, coffee table, dining table for 4 people.
• Kitchen open to living room: counter for 2 people, fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils.
• Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe.
• Bathroom: shower cubicle, toilet, sink, heated towel rail.
