## The space
With its contemporary and neat decoration, you will be amazed by the large main room with impressive volumes and bay windows! Here you will find:
- a lounge area with a grandiose set of comfortable sofas where you can enjoy the TV screen and the home cinema
- a bar area with 2 high chairs to start the aperitif
- a dining table and its 6 leather chairs a stone's throw from the kitchen
The kitchen, with its modern design and luxurious materials, offers a range of impressive equipment so that you don't miss anything! (The basics: toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher) and bonuses: raclette and fondue machine [in Savoie: there is no season to eat good cheese!], crepe maker, juicer...)
Overlooking the large living room, the mezzanine with its jazzy décor will allow you to choose,
- practice some physical exercises with weight training equipment (rowing machine, elliptical trainer, etc.)
- To read, listen to music on the Bluetooth speaker or play a game of table football, BILLIARDS (NEW in 2025) or a board game.
As for the bedroom, the house has 3 (all air-conditioned) each with its own TV screen:

- a bedroom with vanilla/caramel décor with its double bed and large closet
- a master suite with a queen-size bed 160 cm and privileged access to the wooden terrace allowing you to enjoy garden furniture as well as the beautiful view.
The 3rd bedroom is located upstairs, it has a queen-size bed 160 cm, a chest of drawers, a small workspace for the more studious, and above all, a private balcony (with comfortable facilities) facing south which offers a breathtaking view of the Belledonnes chain and Mont Granier.
The south and west exterior facades are bordered by a beautiful wooden terrace where you can sometimes have an aperitif in the garden furniture, sometimes enjoy the grills of the gas barbecue around the outdoor dining table.

## The neighborhood
Viviers-Du-Lac is a charming village, close to:
- the magnificent Lac du Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, cruising, etc.) – 5 minutes by car.
- the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year – Less than 10 minutes from the city center by car.
- the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.
- the Bauges massif regional natural park where you can practice mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, etc., including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and Aillons-Margériaz – 40 minutes by car.

## Getting around
Viviers-Du-Lac is very well served:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network. The road network, both national and departmental, irrigates it directly, linking it doubly to Aix les Bains and Chambéry.
- its station served by the TER allows travelers to reach Aix les Bains or Chambéry in a few minutes, where the TGV takes you to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small Chambéry airport and 1 hour from Lyon or Geneva airports.
- Several bus lines also allow you to reach the lake or town at different times of the day.
