Appartement idéalement situé juste après la magnifique église St Joseph. Dans un petit immeuble de 5 logements. Séjournez-y en toute tranquillité, idéal pour un voyage professionnel ou touristique. Ce T2 de 40 m2 (rénové en Avril 2021) est sans vis-à-vis, et très lumineux avec une exposition idéale Sud-Ouest pour le salon ! Chauffage au sol bi-zone (possible de différentier la température de la chambre). Wifi Fibre, TV 30" neuve dans le salon avec NETFLIX! Parking gratuit et facile!
Composé de nombreux commerces et restaurants autour de l'avenue Jean Jaures, le quartier des Vosges est un quartier familiale et agréable. Facile d'accès et à seulement 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville et de la vieille ville. Deux supermarchés (leaderprice et Lidl) sont situés à moins de 500 mètres et donc accessibles à pieds. L'appartement est également à quelques minutes à pieds du marché des Vosges (cf Guide visiteur points d'intérêts et restaurants disponible après réservation) A proximité : - 5 minutes à pieds d'Alstom, du Technopole et de GE. - 5 minutes à pieds de deux supermarchés et d'un marché. - 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville et de la vieille ville. - La ligne de bus 1 principale est au bout de la rue. - Facilité d'accès à l'autoroute A36 (7 minutes en Voiture).
