The house has all the comfort necessary for a pleasant stay (new bedding, modern bathrooms, sheets and towels provided). The original materials give it a unique soul that will not leave you indifferent.
The house is spacious and bright. It is located in a peaceful village in Pas de Calais, on the edge of the woods.
The equipped kitchen allows you to cook like at home, in complete conviviality. TV, fiber Internet, office space to work comfortably. The wood stove will warm up your winter evenings (wood provided). The terrace, adjoining the kitchen, allows you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The rooms are spacious, equipped with queen size double beds (160x200) and a water point for three of them. Baby bed available on request.
Opposite the house: the village bakery where you can discover sourdough bread cooked over a wood fire.

Travelers have access to the entire house, the terrace, and can enjoy the wooded and private land of 1500 m² (with garden furniture, deckchairs, trampoline, etc.). We provide a few bicycles to explore the surrounding countryside which is suitable for both walking and cycling (hiking trails at the gates of the gîte, memory cycle route 5 km away).
The village is located 17 km from Arras, 45 minutes from Amiens and 1 hour from Lille.
We live in the village, 400m from the gîte, and will therefore be available if needed.
Mélanie is a baker and her bakery is located opposite Maison 1810: you can see her working in the wood oven every Thursday and Friday, and taste her delicious sourdough breads.
Two charging stations for electric vehicles are available to travelers in the car park (free charging at night).
Mélanie et Luc : nous sommes deux amoureux de la nature, adeptes de la vie à la campagne et des sports nature.
Luc est arboriste-grimpeur, et Mélanie boulangère : elle fabrique chaque semaine des pains au levain cuits au feu de bois.
Nous avons ouvert un gîte en juin 2024 dans l'une des plus vieilles maisons du village que nous avons rénovée pendant trois ans.
