We bought this 300 square metre mansion five years ago. It's a very large and unique place. There are only three of us in the household, and from the outset we planned not only to live here, but also to work here. We've been living in Anjou for 25 years, and our aim is to help you discover the city, its best addresses and its little-known places. We offer not only tourist accommodation but also a unique terrace through another establishment, La Promenade Angers, where you can enjoy hot dishes, crêpes, ice creams and drinks at weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

Property information

We are located at 3 promenade du Bout du monde, in the heart of Angers (Maine-et-Loire), in the city centre, in the medieval district of La Cité. The house is located just opposite the entrance to the Château du Roi-René, the jewel of the Pays de la Loire region, which can be admired from the private garden and from some of the rooms. You can stay in one of the flats in this recently renovated town house, which boasts a superb concert grand piano. Maison Bout du Monde offers peace and quiet right in the city centre, within easy reach of the château, Saint-Maurice cathedral, shopping streets, Musée des Beaux-Arts and Galerie David-d'Angers. Public transport is just 100 metres away and Angers Saint-Laud SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away. Cyclists are very welcome on the Loire cycle route. At the foot of the house, you'll love the Bout du Monde promenade and its romantic sunsets. Restaurants and all amenities just a stone's throw away.
