Loft d'oc is a charming house located in the Corbières, close to the beach. It is an old building recently renovated. It is well equipped with new equipment, you won’t miss anything. You will be able to find yourself in peace, by the swimming pool with view on the vineyards in a very nice area. Less than 30min drive away, there's a lot to do and see : beach, peaceful walks, river, waterfalls, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Canal du Midi ... and very important : good gastronomy and delicious wine ! The property is composed by two adjacent houses. On this listing, you are booking for both houses, you'll have the exclusivity of the whole property (and the pool). Within the property you'll have access to : - a very nice swimming pool - TV and home cinema with a collection of 500 movies for a cozy night (we're very proud of it :) ) - 2 open-plan kitchen fully equipped - living room and dining room opened to the terrace - a terrace with a BBQ for you to enjoy the nice weather - dining tables both inside & outside for big groups
