The house has four bedrooms, a master suite on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed, its dressing room, its private bathroom and toilet as well as three bedrooms upstairs. The largest has a private bathroom with its toilet, the other two share a bathroom with toilet and have respectively a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds. These two bedrooms both open onto a mezzanine space converted into a games room also with a sofa bed. The house therefore offers a maximum possibility of 10 beds. On the ground floor, the common areas consist of a living room, a kitchen and a separate toilet. The organization of the house allows the two sleeping areas to be completely isolated, that of the ground floor as well as those of the first floor, thus guaranteeing privacy and calm to the occupants. The whole house, bathed in light, faces south which allows you to take full advantage of the surrounding spaces. Outside, a very large terrace shaded by a magnificent oak tree, allows you to enjoy the calm, the view in all serenity and the song of the birds. You can take your meals in the shade of the oak tree which protects you from the strongest heat and enjoy the beautiful evenings under a starry sky without light pollution except, in the distance, the illuminated castle of Najac. The 4x8 swimming pool, heated, is sheltered from outside view by its setting of greenery and flowers.

While benefiting from a location away from the main roads, the house is located only 5 minutes from Najac, one of the most beautiful villages in France famous for its heritage and which offers a real village life with all the amenities sought after without forgetting its typical market. Najac also offers multiple sports activities: hiking, canoeing on the Aveyron, mountain biking and a train station that connects it to Toulouse. In addition, the magnificent medieval villages of Cordes sur ciel, Saint Antonin Noble Val, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie ... are located within a radius of 20 kilometers. Less than an hour away, Albi, Figeac, Gaillac ... and Toulouse less than an hour and a half.
