Property information

Charming old house in the village of Erbalunga, with garden. The house is just a few metres from Erbalunga beach, shops and the lively village. There's a lovely outdoor area with a dining table. Perfect for families or friends. Sleeps 6, but you'll need to climb a few steps to reach the house. - Living room with TV. - Fully-equipped kitchen area: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, induction hob, American fridge, etc. - One bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, sea view. - Two bedrooms with 140x190cm beds. - En-suite shower room. - Separate WC Outside: A furnished area with a dining area + plancha. The house is on the roadside, and the soundproofing of the windows in the house will ensure that there is no nuisance. Free municipal car park 50 metres away. Deposit: 1000 euros to be paid on arrival and returned at the end of your stay. Pets are allowed, subject to number and size. Cleaning and linen included in the rental price. Check-in and handover of keys take place directly at the establishment. In order to organise your arrival, we need to make an appointment. An e-mail with further instructions will be sent to you after confirmation of the booking, and a few days before your arrival.
