This 40 m² property includes a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A coffee machine and a kettle are also at your disposal. This holiday home features a private outdoor area with a garden and a terrace. The property has a private path leading directly to the beach, with keys to open and close the gates. A parking space is available on the property less than 10 metres away, as well as a bike storage room inside the private area. Pets, smokers, commercial filming and event celebrations are not allowed. You are asked to respect quiet hours during your stay (no noise from midnight to 8 a.m.). Final cleaning must be carried out by you before departure. Bed linen and towels are not provided; you must bring your own, but it is possible to request them from the host for an extra fee.
