Here's how the house is laid out: Ground floor: 1 ground-floor bedroom (queen-size bed 160 x 200) with en-suite bathroom (bath, electric towel rail, washbasin) and access to the terrace. 1 living room with fireplace, 6-seater sofa, 1 armchair with footrest, 1 dining room (table with 6 chairs) with access to the terrace leading to a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob with hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, KRUPS capsule coffee maker, Sodastream, mini bread oven, etc.), garage (washing machine, tumble dryer). First floor: 1 mezzanine with HD screen and desk, 1 bedroom (140 x 190 bed with large chest of drawers), 1 bedroom (queen size 160 x 200 bed) with large wardrobe, 1 dormitory (queen size 160 x 200 bed, 80 x 200 bed with chest of drawers), 1 shower room with WC, washbasin and electric heated towel rail. Outside: Large garden with swing (ideal for children). Wooden terrace with patio furniture (table with two benches, 6 resin chairs, 6 steel / textilene armchairs, 1 XXL armchair, 4 sun loungers, 3 parasols) and charcoal barbecue. Parking space for 2 cars. Also available: Internet connection (VDSL 23.1Mb/1.1Mb), 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby potty. Available on request : A baby bath (10 EUR) To be paid upon arrival: Security deposit (EUR 1000) in the form of a bank imprint + tourist tax (0,95 EUR / day / person 18+). Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels provided. Firewood and charcoal are not provided. Pets are not allowed.

The village is located in the heart of the bay of Douarnenez. The short distances allow you to go to a big city (Quimper, Brest) or to discover wild lands such as can be found on the Crozon peninsula or around Ménez-Hom. Pentrez beach (a fine sandy beach that stretches over 2 km) is perfect for a hassle-free swim. From July 1st to August 31st it is supervised by lifeguards. Many nautical activities are practiced there (land yachting, water walking, kite-surfing...) During the summer season, a market is held there every Monday morning. The town also organizes mussels and fries, concerts, exhibitions or initiations to Breton dance. At low tide you can go to the many caves on the side of the cliffs and meet the flora and fauna rich in surprises. Paragliding can be practiced on the Cameros site or at an altitude of 330 m (Ménez-Hom). Pentrez is also an ideal starting point to join the hiking trails (GR34, GR37) which lead you along the wild coasts. Take the opportunity to take a trip to the medieval village of Locronan (18km) to taste crêpes, visit the Celtic and magical shops or the night market.
