The pretty seaside town of Douarnenez boasts no less than four harbors! Savor the unique atmosphere of its lively quays, narrow streets, workshops and fishermen's houses. With your nose to the iodized wind, let yourself be charmed by the Plomarch promenade, the superb bay, the nearby beaches and Tristan Island. This family home is located in the center of Douarnenez, close to ports, beaches and the footbridge to Tréboul. It is spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with bathtub) and a sunny courtyard. In a quiet neighborhood, the house offers all the serenity you need for your vacation. Breathtaking views of the sea and Tristan Island from every room! The entrance to the parking lot is narrow and accessible in reverse for small cars. Ground floor: large kitchen and living room, toilet and shower room, laundry room 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, TV room, bathroom and toilet 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and a cot, bathroom and toilet. house equipped with all comforts, bed linen and towels provided
The house is located in the center of town, so everything is within walking distance. The beach, water sports and hiking are all within walking distance.
