Medieval stone village house in historic circulade. Central location to the village on a quiet street. Thirty minutes from glorious beaches (Valras plage & Serignan plage) and in the middle of a world renowned wine producing region (St.Chinian,Faugéres,Minervois). Ideal for all outdoor activities inc. walking,cycling (Tour de France comes through the area certain years),canoeing on the river Orb. Golf course at Lamalou les Bains (17km).Twenty five minutes to the Haut Languedoc National Park. Historic towns of Pezenas and Narbonne are 30/40 minutes away. Port of Séte and Agde are near and the medieval citadel of Carcassonne, a Unesco world heritage site, is 90 minutes away. The house has a small enclosed and very private courtyard to the rear.Perfect to sit out on hot summer evenings with a glass of the excellent local rosé.
