RENTAL ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Recently renovated terraced house with all comforts. It is located 150m from the most beautiful beaches of the island, near the beautiful botanical garden Georges Delaselle and near the sailing center. The house has a garden with 2 large terraces on either side. Each has a large table. Barbecue available WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY On the ground floor: Large living room of 45 m² -Living room. - Dining room - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, - Independent WC - A bathroom with large Italian shower - A cellar with shower, washing machine and dryer On the 1st floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms with sea views - 1 bedroom: 1 double bed of 160x200 - 1 bedroom: 1 double bed of 160x200 - 1 bedroom: 2 beds of 90 (bunk) - 1 Toilet - Bed linen is provided. - Towels available as an option - TV and DVD player, board games
