Recognized for its Baie de l'Aiguillon nature reserve, which is integrated into the Marais poitevin, its port, whose mooring is on wooden booms, is worth a detour. It stretches along the Lay estuary. There are fishing huts where you can buy the catch of the day. As for the beaches of Aiguillon sur Mer, the main and busiest is its body of water located in the city center next to the port.
