A truly enchanting period home in one of France's most beautiful areas. Warm and welcoming hospitality will make your say a pleasure to be remembered. Maison Lavande offers spacious, elegant and super comfortable accommodation with easy access to famous St.Antonin-Noble-Val, charming Varen, spectacular Cordes--Ciel and all the delights of the stunning Aveyron valley. The pretty garden and pool allow you to cool off from the heat of the day or enjoy long relaxed evenings under the stars.
As an airbnb super host in my previous house on the Isle of Wight I love meeting people and making them comfortable. Since moving to France three years ago I have loved exploring this beautiful part of the world and learning about its history and people. I have found ample scope for my interests of gardening, walking and singing and now am opening my home to share it with visitors who want to explore this Petit Coin de Paradis.
Arnac is within the commune of Varen with its chateau and the beautiful Aveyron river running through it. St.Antonin-Noble Val with its famous market is ten minutes away and Lexos with its train station offering direct access to Toulouse is only three minutes away. Historical medieval hill fortresses and chateaux abound, such as Cordes-s-Ciel, Penne and Brunniquel. All are within easy reach. Canoeing, cycling and horse-riding are all available as well as countless 'Degusations' at Vineyards offering delectable Gaillac wines. Th first time I visited I decided that this was where I wanted to live!
