Just 10 minutes from Lake Éguzon, a true haven of leisure with its beaches, water sports, and summer atmosphere, you'll also enjoy the proximity of Gargilesse-Dampierre, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, and Argenton-sur-Creuse, a charming town nicknamed the "Venice of Berry." Here, everything invites relaxation and rejuvenation, as well as more invigorating moments like walks, swimming, or hiking along the Creuse River. Highlights of the gîte: a river 500 meters from the property, ideal for fishing or daydreaming by the water, and a children's play area with a climbing frame and board games for fun family evenings. The welcoming living area combines a functional kitchen (gas stove: 3 gas burners and 1 electric), a bright dining area, and a cozy living room with a fireplace insert, perfect for winter evenings. For sleeping, the house includes two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 120 cm beds and a 90 cm bed, ideal for accommodating family or friends.
