Check-in Conditions:
Free Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Paid Check-in: outside of business hours between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, fee: €100

We are located in a residential area. Please be extremely quiet and discreet when entering and leaving the accommodation. The glass roof area and/or interior courtyard (garden) are 24/7 rest areas.
No noise or loud discussions are permitted in these areas.
In the event of noise disturbance, the police may intervene.
Any violation of the establishment's rules will result in automatic cancellation and immediate vacancy.
For your safety, the street is equipped with a video surveillance system.
