Facing south/west, this 25 m² cottage offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay, summer and winter, thanks to its reversible air conditioning and double glazing. It features a shaded garden with exotic accents and a private rooftop terrace (solarium), equipped with deckchairs, with a view of the summit of Mont Ventoux and the Luberon. The solarium, accessible via a narrow staircase, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, but the small garden remains accessible to all. The house includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a sleeping area with a queen-size bed. A bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet complete the property. Both sleeping areas provide access to the outdoors. You also have a parking space, a bicycle rack, and Wi-Fi access 30 meters away. The house is located in the private Hauts de Bélézy estate, where everyone is free to practice naturism or not. However, respect for those who practice it is required. If you wish, you can access the adjoining 25-hectare 5-star naturist campsite (access fee applies) to enjoy its many facilities: swimming pools, restaurant/bar, sauna, sports fields, baby club, and numerous activities. Please note, however, that naturism is mandatory within the campsite, and nudity is enforced around the pools. Linens are not provided.
