2-storey building belonging to the family since its construction. Ideally located on the edge of the city center of Narbonne. I am Florence, I am married to Michel and we have two children: Alex and Léa. We have also for 5 months a wonderful dog chihuahua OLLY. I like meeting new people, I am particularly talkative and like to give many advices and help on my city Narbonne, which I adore. We are very family friendly and have many friends.

Property information

Ground floor apartment with a living room decorated modern, a bay window overlooking the garden. You will find a sitting area with flat screen TV, Netflix and the Internet box. The white kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine and a standing table that can accommodate 4 people. All the necessary: plates, glasses, cups, utensils is present. There is a bedroom with a large bed 160 and a closet storage. This room overlooks the furnished terrace with a table and two chairs. In the garden you have a pink living room with table. A bathroom (soon completely redone) but which offers a beautiful bath and toilet. A parking space at the back of the private building. This functional apartment is close to a shopping center with pharmacy, bank and bakery. You are at most 10 minutes walk from the city center.
