Welcome to the cottage of Mas du Roc, Located 10 minutes from the beach of Canet-en-Roussilon and Saint-Cyprien, in a garden of 4000m2 planted with palm trees, pines, olive trees, laurels and eucalyptus, a single-sided house of 60m2 type T2 comfortable will allow you to rejuvenate fully. 30 minutes from Spain, 20 minutes from Collioure and Port Sell, 10 minutes from Perpignan, you have access to all the sights and all the festivities of the summer. This haven of peace is close to all amenities. You will also have the opportunity to buy organic vegetables from the farm as well as fresh eggs. The animals of the Mas (15 chickens, 2 cats) evolve freely on the fenced 12000m2.
